Happy Friday to A Novel Group of Huskies!
We’re wrapping-up a great week of UConn Reads programming this weekend. The food and fun started on Tuesday at EVOO in Cambridge where 30 alumni readers gathered together to enjoy a locavore meal and some book discussion with Professors John Volin and Cameron Faustman from UConn’s College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Resources. The following evening students, faculty and friends gathered in Storrs, CT to enjoy an alternative perspective to Michael Pollan, presented by Professor and Author Jayson Lusk. What a great opportunity to talk about (and enjoy) food!
